Flexiline

Flexiline is a compact sawing line consisting of a log centering/feeding table, a profiler, and six-axis double-shaft sawing machines with or without protective milling heads. It features an automatic “round” cutting system, allowing for up to three passes, which enables the cutting of up to six different thickness sideboards and one central beam during the initial cut. In the second cut, the beam can be sawn into up to seven boards and beams of varying thickness. Additionally, a fixed saw sleeve can be mounted on the cutting shafts, allowing the cutting of extra boards with fixed dimensions.

Technical capabilities:

– Processing up to 75,000 m³ of round logs per year in a single shift

– Depending on the configuration, feeding speed ranges from 30 to 90 m/min

– Maximum log diameter: 55 cm – Minimum log diameter: 12 cm

– Log length: from 2.5 m to 6.1 m

– Sawing line length: ~55 m
